David has overall responsibility for Citi Global Wealth Investments, which unifies the Investments teams of the Private Bank and the Consumer Bank worldwide.

As Chief Investment Officer, David ensures the integration of our asset allocation, manager research and portfolio management teams, and offers his perspectives on the markets.

David joined the Private Bank in 2009 as the Global Head of Managed Investments. He designed the architecture of our global managed investments platform, including its Citi Investment Management unit, and our distinctive private equity, real estate, hedge fund and traditional investment teams. He became Global Head of Investments in October of 2017.

Prior to joining Citi, David was Head of Alternative Investment Asset Management for Bank of America Global Wealth and Investment Management, where he was responsible for client alternative investments across private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds. He has been a co-founder of a hedge fund of funds, Martello Investment Management, and a senior executive at two leading hedge funds, John W. Henry and Company and Ellington Management Group.

David holds a BA with honors from Amherst College and an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School.

Jose Ernesto oversees all aspects of the Private Bank’s operations in Latin America.

In his previous role, he was responsible for Citi Private Bank Mexico, and before that, spent 21 years with Banamex-Accival Financial Group, performing roles including deputy managing director of Banamex Private Bank and managing director for institutional equity sales and trading.

Jose Ernesto holds a BA in Business Administration from the Instituto Autónomo de México. He is president and founder of Fundación Mazahua, an organization dedicated to improving education and health conditions of the Mazahua Indians in central Mexico.

Luigi has overall responsibility for the Private Bank and Citi Global Wealth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

With over 30 years’ experience in the financial sector, Luigi oversees all aspects of the Private Bank’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Luigi started his career at Citi as a Relationship Manager in the Shipping Finance Department of Citibank's Global Relationship Bank, and during his career has covered a variety of regional and global roles in fixed income, risk management, and corporate and investment banking.

Luigi graduated from Columbia University in New York, with a Master’s in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. He also holds a BSc in Economics from Queen Mary College, University of London.

Citi Private Bank’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa are dedicated to serving the most influential families in the region from offices in Jersey, Israel, Monaco, Spain, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom, providing a broad range of investment advice and solutions, as well as lending, banking and cash management, custody, and trust services. 

Halé leads Citi Private Bank’s North America operations and is a member of the Private Bank’s Global Leadership Team.

She has more than three decades of experience serving ultra-high net worth families, most recently as Global Market Manager of the Western Region. Prior to joining Citi in 2002, she worked for Bank of America, directing a team of private banking professionals in Beverly Hills, California.

Halé recently received the Deborah Award from the Anti-Defamation League for her leadership and civic contributions. She is also a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Governors of the Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation.

Halé has a bachelor’s in economics from Georgetown University, where she is an active member of the Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security.

Giuliano has overall responsibility for the investment finance and banking offerings of the Private Bank and of Citi Global Wealth worldwide.

Previously, he served as Citi Country Officer for Italy, Italian Global Consumer Bank Market Manager, and Head of the Financial Institutions Group for Italy. He began his career at Citi in 1986 as an executive trainee on the Italian corporate team, fulfilling various roles within the corporate bank in Italy and New York.

Giuliano has held several board positions including Citifinancial Italia SpA, Associazione Bancaria Italiana (Italian Banking Association) and Associazione Italiana Banche Estere (Association of Foreign Banks in Italy). He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bocconi University.

Since 2009, Naz has led the Law Firm Group business, bringing more than three decades of experience to providing financial advice and services to our attorney and law firm clients.

Previously, Naz served as the Global Market Manager for London and the US East Coast and was a senior Private Banker for more than 15 years.
