Ida leads the Private Bank globally and is a member of Citi Global Wealth’s Leadership Team.

Between 2019 and 2021, Ida had overall responsibility for the Private Bank throughout North America. Previously, she was Global Market Manager for New York and also the founder of Citi Private Bank’s North America Asian Clients Group. She started her career at Citi Private Bank in 2007 by launching the Fashion, Retail and Entertainment Group.

Before joining Citi, Ida was Global Head of Sales, Marketing, Public Relations and Business Development at Vivienne Tam, a women’s wear design house. Having begun her career in mergers and acquisitions at BT Wolfensohn – now Deutsche Bank – Ida spent seven years in investment banking with Merrill Lynch’s mergers and acquisitions, and technology, media and telecommunications investment banking groups in New York and Hong Kong.

Ida holds a BA with honors from Wellesley College, a Merrill Lynch Executive MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Kennedy School Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st Century.

Juan Carlos leads a team responsible for marketing initiatives throughout the region, including digital and traditional events, publications, advertising, and public relations.
 
Previously, Juan Carlos led marketing for Citi’s wealth management division in Latin America, also supporting the consumer and the institutional divisions. He joined Citi in 2000 as a project manager at Citi Private Bank Mexico. 

Previously, Juan Carlos was part of the editorial committee of TV Azteca in Mexico. He began his career at Atlas Economic Research Foundation in DC. He is also an internationally exhibited photographer.
 
Juan Carlos holds an MBA from Université du Québec V Montréal (UQAM) and a bachelorʼs in business administration from Universidad Iberoamericana. 

Alexandre has responsibility for serving for family office clients, guiding them with advice, education, events and networking opportunities.

Previously, Alexandre was Head of Wealth Sustainability and President of the Institute for Family Success at Hawthorn, the Multi-Family Office of PNC, providing integrated wealth management services to ultra-high net worth family offices. Prior to that, he was President of Family Office Exchange (FOX), a private network for wealth owning families. In that role, he helped family offices in different countries with the unique challenges inherent to wealth ownership, including family vision, governance, next-generation education, leadership succession, risk management, wealth management and family office practices.

Alexandre is a graduate of ESCP Europe and European School of Management. He has also been a member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) since 2005.
