Gretta leads the day-to-day management of the Law Firm Group’s Advisory Services. She also advises law firm leaders on legal industry trends, firm performance and their financial strategy, and oversees all legal industry content developed for law firm leaders.

Prior to joining Citi in 2010, Gretta was CEO of Curve Consulting, which she founded and ran. She was also a manager in the Law Firm & Law Department Consulting Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Gretta has been a senior fellow at the University of New South Wales and the University of Melbourne. She began her career as a lawyer and project manager with Mallesons Stephen Jaques.

Gretta holds a BA and LLB from The University of New South Wales, and a Graduate Certificate in Design from College of Fine Arts at The University at New South Wales and is admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Michael is responsible for the origination of client advisory content and banking solutions for law firms and lawyers. He speaks frequently to industry groups, firm management committees and the finance staff at law firms. Previously, he has served professional and service firms as a credit director and senior portfolio manager in major markets across the country.

Michael began his career as a financial analyst with the CIA in Washington, DC. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of California, Berkley and a bachelor’s in economics and industrial relations from McGill University, Montreal.

Gloria advises law firm leaders on legal industry trends, their firms’ performance via benchmarking studies, and their financial strategy. She also leads the day-to-day management of the Advisory Analyst team.

Gloria started her career at Citi in 2006 as an Associate Banker and has served both as a Private Banker and Business Manager within the Law Firm Group.

Gloria has a bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s in finance from Baruch College.
