Rob oversees Citi Investment Management’s operations globally, which responsible for approximately $80.5bn in assets under management and advisement.

He is also a voting member of the Global Investment Committee, which sets the Private Bank's tactical asset allocation recommendations.

Rob is an industry leader in global developed and emerging market equity management and has more than 25 years’ investment experience.

Gregory has overall responsibility for quantitative research and asset allocation within Citi Investment Management. He oversees Adaptive Valuation Strategies, our methodology for determining the suitable long-term mix of assets for each client’s portfolio. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Private Bank’s Global Investment Committee, which sets our tactical asset allocation policy.

Previously, he was chief investment risk officer at Ivy Asset Management, director of research at Rydex Investments and a director at the global research center in Deutsche Asset Management.

Jonathan oversees the new product development process for CIM, developing differentiated offerings across the franchise globally. Jonathan was previously Head of Investments for North America and before that served as Head of Investment Counseling for North America, the New York area, and the UK.

Prior to joining the Private Bank in 2005, Jonathan worked at Barclays Private Bank and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in London, also focusing on investment management.

Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Nottingham.

He also serves as a Trustee for the Boys & Girls of America Northeast.

Scott is responsible for CIM’s overall global fixed income strategy and has oversight of the fixed income teams in Stamford, London, and Hong Kong. He is a voting member of the Private Bank’s Global Investment Committee.

Prior to joining Citi, Scott was a Director of Fixed Income for Wealth Services at Wilmington Trust, and a member of the committee responsible for determining bank-wide investment policy. He started his career on the taxable institutional fixed income desk in 1989.

Scott has a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Delaware.

Jeffrey leads the CIM Portfolio Solutions team and oversees the portfolio management of Multi-Asset Class Solutions (MACS), advisory portfolios, and the research team selecting traditional investment managers. 

Previously, Jeff was at Oppenheimer & Co., where he oversaw asset allocation, manager selection, portfolio construction, and risk management in their Consulting Group. Prior to that, he was a director of manager research at UBS Global Asset Management. Jeff has also held roles at Northern Trust, ForstmannLeff, UBS PaineWebber, and Smith Barney. 

Jeff has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from the Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.

Francesco oversees all of Citi Investment Management activities in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. He is also a member of our Global Investment Committee.

Francesco has more than 27 years of investment experience across different asset classes and geographical areas as a portfolio manager for high net worth, retail and institutional clients. Francesco joined Citigroup in 2003 from INVESCO Asset Management Limited.

Francesco started his investment career as a portfolio manager with Sige Consulenza, part of the IMI Group, in Milan.

He holds an economics degree from L.Bocconi University in Milan.

Daniel oversees Citi Investment Management’s activities in the Asia-Pacific region. He has over 26 years of public and private equity investment experience. Prior to joining Citigroup, he was a founding member of The Dellacorte Group, a private equity firm focusing on middle market buyout transactions.

Previously, Daniel was a senior portfolio manager at Wilmington Trust, responsible for managing discretionary investment portfolios for institutional and private investors. He began his career at UBS, becoming a portfolio manager co-managing a non-US equity product.

Daniel has a joint MBA degree from the NYU Stern School of Business, London School of Economics and HEC School of Management, Paris. He also received a BS in Finance and Management from NYU Stern and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

As Head of Sustainable Investing, Harlin works across Citi’s investment divisions to develop and oversee investment solutions along the full spectrum of sustainability - ESG integration, socially responsible,thematic and impact investments - to ensure the integration of sustainable practices in alignment with Citi’s best thinking on research, asset allocation and diversification. She also works closely with the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Strategist teams to deliver thought leadership and content to clients and external partners and works with the Global Investments Lab to develop and deliver client portfolio analytics.

Archie oversees CIM’s fundamental and systematic equity portfolio managers in the US and London. He is also the lead portfolio manager for the Citi Global Multi-Thematic Portfolio and helps set the Private Bank’s tactical asset allocation as an alternate voting member of the Global Investment Committee. 

Previously, Archie was CIM’s Director of Portfolio Research and oversaw Citi Investment Management’s equity research team. He has also served as Head of Equity Direct & Advisory, providing equity analysis and ideas across developed and emerging markets, and as Head of Equity Research Product Management for Citi Research US.

Archie has a bachelor’s degree in English literature from the University of Richmond.
