Based in London, Eliza has overall responsibility for the Private Bank’s marketing strategy worldwide, seeking to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Eliza has extensive experience spanning strategic marketing, product development, product management, operations, and special projects. 

Before re-joining Citi in 2011, Eliza held senior global positions with institutional asset management firms including Natixis, F&C, and Deutsche/Scudder. She began her career as a strategic and supply analyst at Mobil Oil.

Eliza has a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.

Caroline is responsible for promoting brand awareness and creating a consistent client experience across event marketing, content, and internal and external communication. 

Since joining the Private Bank in 2007, she has also served as a Private Banker, trust officer, and business manager specializing in high net worth clients. 

Previously, Caroline held positions as a trust officer, client service manager and relationship manager at US Trust Company and NationsBank, both predecessors to Bank of America.

Caroline holds a bachelor’s from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and an MBA from The George Washington University with a concentration in finance. 

Juan Carlos leads a team responsible for marketing initiatives throughout the region, including digital and traditional events, publications, advertising, and public relations.
 
Previously, Juan Carlos led marketing for Citi’s wealth management division in Latin America, also supporting the consumer and the institutional divisions. He joined Citi in 2000 as a project manager at Citi Private Bank Mexico. 

Previously, Juan Carlos was part of the editorial committee of TV Azteca in Mexico. He began his career at Atlas Economic Research Foundation in DC. He is also an internationally exhibited photographer.
 
Juan Carlos holds an MBA from Université du Québec V Montréal (UQAM) and a bachelorʼs in business administration from Universidad Iberoamericana. 

Donna leads a team that works with relationship and product teams, drawing upon our global network to enhance the client experience with the bank.

Before re-joining Citi Private Bank, Donna was Head of Marketing & Communications and Head of Family Wealth Advisory for HSBC Private Bank in Asia.

Prior to that, Donna worked in relationship management, product sales and investment product marketing for Citi Private Bank, becoming Head of Discretionary Investments. She has also worked for Reuters, having begun her career at Citi in New York in the electronic banking division of the Financial Institutions Group. 

Donna graduated from Vassar College with bachelor’s degrees in economics and psychology.
