Itay has overall responsibility for curating direct and co-investment deals to our institutional-like private clients. He serves as the global nexus of all private transaction sourcing, management and distribution.

Before joining Citi, Itay worked for J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where he was responsible for building and managing Morgan Private Ventures, its direct deals and co-investments platform. He was also a partner in J.P. Morgan’s Junius Real Estate Partners, and a key contributor in building the Highbridge and Gavea funds.

Previously, Itay was an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis and Debevoise & Plimpton.

He is an advisory board member of Sakara Life and a member of Caravan Wellness.

Scott sources opportunities in private companies through direct investment and co-investment vehicles for Private Bank’s clients globally.

Before joining Citi in 2020, Scott was a private equity due diligence associate within J.P. Morgan Private Bank’s alternative investments group. He was responsible for originating, underwriting and executing private investment strategies and direct investments.

Previously, Scott worked as an analyst at J.P. Morgan, contributing to product development initiatives for wealth management, including a direct investments platform focused on institutional family office clients.

Scott holds a bachelor’s in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan.  

Poonam is responsible for sourcing, managing, and distributing private transactions, in partnership with leading financial sponsors and Citi Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory (BCMA).

Her previous experience at the Private Bank includes assisting on a relationship team, the private equity and real estate research team, and the portfolio analytics team.

Poonam earned a bachelor’s in economics from the University of Chicago and attended Phillips Academy Andover.

As Head of Sustainable Investing, Harlin works across Citi’s investment divisions to develop and oversee investment solutions along the full spectrum of sustainability - ESG integration, socially responsible,thematic and impact investments - to ensure the integration of sustainable practices in alignment with Citi’s best thinking on research, asset allocation and diversification. She also works closely with the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Strategist teams to deliver thought leadership and content to clients and external partners and works with the Global Investments Lab to develop and deliver client portfolio analytics.
